We offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry. This warranty covers any issues related to manufacturing defects, craftsmanship, or material defects, except for issues such as losing a stone or accidental damage. If any of the covered issues occur, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

EllaYoo Jewelry offers one free annual cleaning, prong tightening, and polishing service for all engagement and wedding rings. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from us. We offer free insured 3-day shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding HI, AK & U.S. Territories). A signature is required upon delivery, and tracking is provided.

International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS with delivery in approximately 1–2 weeks. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
