Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item.
Refund & Store Credit
- All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- If you choose to receive store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.
- Once an item has been exchanged for store credit, refunds will no longer be available.
Refund Method & Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Authorization
- A Return Label will be provided by us. Please contact info@ellayoojewelry.com to receive your Return Label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
- All returns require an RMA code. Returns without an RMA code will be rejected upon delivery.
- If you use a return label that was not provided by us, we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
Return Shipping & Conditions
- Buyers must use insured return shipping.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. If the item is not received, no refund will be issued.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unscratched, pristine condition, with no missing or exchanged stones.
- All original Ella Yoo Jewelry packaging, certificates, and boxes must be included.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been resized or customized.
- The product is damaged or scratched due to customer handling.
- The product shows signs of use or partial consumption.
- The product’s value is significantly diminished over time, making resale difficult.
- The packaging is severely damaged.
- The jewelry tags are lost or damaged.
- The item is made-to-order or a special event product.
- The product has been engraved.
